Design Rationale
Document the reasoning behind each design decision. This becomes your DESIGN.md.
What is the brand story? Who is the product for? What feeling should it evoke?
Describe the design language — luxury minimal, functional, playful, etc.
Why these colors? What mood or meaning do they convey?
Why these typefaces? How do they support the brand voice?
Explain spacing decisions, grid system, and responsive approach.
Why these animation durations/easings? What interaction personality?
How do these tokens meet accessibility requirements?
